iNETest Resources merges with Testel Systems
On 7 September 2007, iNETest Resources Pte Ltd successfully merged our iNETest's PSG and fixturing business with Testel Systems Pte Ltd. Under that agreement, we have acquired all the assets of Testel Systems through our subsidiary, iNETest China Holdings Pte Ltd. This is the entity that owns the ATE fixturing and trading businesses in China. Subsequent to this transaction, we have renamed iNETest China to Testel Solutions Pte Ltd.
