iNETest Awarded New Agilent Distributorship
Strengthens and Broadens Relationship with Major Principal Agilent Technologies

(SINGAPORE, 19 October 2006) - SGX mainboard-listed Ellipsiz Ltd announced today its wholly-owned subsidiary iNETest Resources Pte. Ltd. has been appointed Authorized Distributor for Agilent Technologies' growing range of basic instruments.

Mr Radhakrishnan Sriraman, General Manager for sales at Agilent's Electronic Measurements Group (EMG), said: "Agilent's partnership with iNETest will enable customers to receive faster deliveries of popular and basic instruments. In addition, they will benefit from having a larger pool of people to support them for this range of instruments. Agilent's support and services will continue to be available to customers as before and we will also continue to serve customers for all other instruments."

Mr Melvin Chan, President of iNETest, said: "This new range of products considerably broadens our scope of involvement with Agilent and we are deeply honoured. Agilent is without doubt the world leader in the US$11.3 billion electronic test market*, at three times the size of its nearest competitor. Its focus and speed are qualities we want to emulate."

iNETest is currently the Strategic Sales and Service Partner to the Agilent EMT Group providing printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) test and inspection solutions, and it also provides associated systems integration, maintenance and support services. This new distributorship extends the range of Agilent equipment carried by iNETest to include multimeters, power supplies, function generators, oscilloscopes and signal analyzers. A complete listing is available at iNETest's website www.inetest.com.

The new appointment is non-exclusive and currently involves only the Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand markets. As the relevant range of Agilent equipment is expected to be phased into iNETest gradually, the new contract is not expected to have any material effect on Ellipsiz' net profit or net tangible assets for the current financial year ending 30 June 2007.
