γ-S168 Stand-alone PCB Separator

r-S168 Stand-alone PCB Separator offers an automatic solution for PCB routing. High-speed motor spindle is adopted to solve the main problems of edge stirring and bounding wire / floor crashing during the traditional hand-banding or punching depaneling process.

Aiming
A 10x zoom CCD camera is attached to increase the accuracy of point setting, but not compromise the programming time.

Shaping
In order to minimize the cutting pressure, a max. 50000 rpm motor spindle is used. Our PC-based motion controller is with the functions of linear and circular interpolations to meet the routing needs of the PC boards with different shapes.

Safeguarding
The safety-door is designed to protect the user from any potential hazard during the operation. The door will be automatically shut down before the operation stars; however, the routing and cutting process can be scanned through the transparent door plank.

Routing Bit Sectioning
The user may set a designated distance, and have the routing bit shift-up or -down in order to make a new section of touting bit to cut boards for multiplying the life of the routing bit.

Route Duplication
The user only needs to set two referent points to duplicate a same route in saving programming time.

Windows
Windows system and Graphical User Interface (GUI) is adopted, which enables the user to learn and use the program easily. A 10 x zoom-in image is shown on screen for setting all points.

A fully automatic processing line is designed for loading, routing, separating and loading / unloading PC boards to achieve a "no-man" operation.

Loading / Unloading
The width of conveyer can be adjusted to fit the PCB size of works. The pick-and-place device improves the efficiency of the loading and unloading process.
